hailey has spent her career building hr where there wasn’t any. she has led hr departments in construction and clinical research technology, been the first hr hire at a fast-growing company, and helped a business double in size with its people side intact. then she built hghr.

she brings clarity to complex people challenges, helping leaders make thoughtful decisions that strengthen their organizations.
